Hi Emma,

I would like to say a huge thank you to you for the loop wheels and also the ongoing customer support that you gave us following the purchase of the wheels.

To say I’m delighted is an understatement – These wheels not only look amazing on my chair but also have given me so much more comfort and freedom on different terrains and 3 days after receiving them, I was able to race in the Bournemouth Race for Life for Cancer Research. With the restricted mobility I have, these wheels made a huge difference

“Wheelchairs aren’t built for comfort”… These loop wheels change that general rule 🙂

Thank you so much for all you’ve done to help

Very best wishes

We are lucky to deal with some really lovely people – our customers! We often get nice feedback and I was moved to post this one to our blog here, because it is typical of how many people feel about Emma, who is the first face/voice/email reply that most people reach. Emma is the smiling, cheerful person who usually picks up when you phone and looks after our customers from first enquiry through to dispatch of their order. And in this case, a little beyond too because this customer wanted extra advice on finding red tyres. Emma will be really embarrassed when she reads this post – but it’s true that she always goes the extra mile to help. Thanks Emma – and thank you Donna for taking the time to email us and send some great photos!
