Loopwheels in Deutschland?
2017 has been a great year for the expansion of Loopwheels in Germany. Since Tetra-Equipment became our distributor for Austria and Germany in October, the relationship is now stronger than ever.
We’re delighted that wheelchair users in Germany and Austria can now order loopwheels direct from their local supplier, with aftersales care too. Loopwheels have an “HMV number” and may be prescribed in Germany to help manage the pain and other side-effects from vibration and jarring, to help you continue to lead an active life, or simply to give the additional comfort that loopwheels suspension brings.
Martin Schuth and Michael Butterwegge from Tetra-Equipment will serve you well. Martin has 22 years’ experience supplying coated push rims to dealers throughout Germany and Austria. A quadriplegic since 1973, Martin understands the needs of his customers.
Martin uses loopwheels himself. He finds his riding experience much more comfortable, with the loopwheels significantly reducing the vibration he felt through his body.
Reduced vibration helps bladder control and the management of pain.
