Craig kindly shared with us his experience of arranging a Loopwheels trial.
“I came across the ‘try-before-you-buy’ scheme online, and it intrigued me that you actually do that! A lot of people will never, ever let people do anything like that. To have a high-end product normally you have to pay all of your money out, and then find if they didn’t work for you, you’ve just lost out on a huge amount of money. My Loopwheels trial was £35: just to pay that tiny bit of money to actually get a good trial… it’s really good to get that chance.”
When asked about how Craig found arranging the trial, his response was: “Unbelievably easy. I sent a message and instantly there was a reply from a real person. Any questions I had were answered straight away. It was super friendly. They couldn’t be more happy to help or answer my questions”.
