The LT wheels (paired with front mount power assist) are game changing over bumps. I will be looking to trial the Extreme wheels before making a purchase. My Loopwheels are fantastic. I ride my wheelchair every morning, whether permitting, with a hand-cycle - it's my 'morning jog'. I live in Cambridgeshire and the little fen roads are great - flat, little traffic - but very uneven and lumpy. With the Loopwheels the ride is smoother and certainly less dangerous to my already damaged back. Plus the people at Loopwheels are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

So glad that I invested in a pair of Loopwheels! They really help to minimise the shock of uneven pavements, cobbles and kerbs. They are very well made and also look great. J'adore ces roues, j'ai eu 2 modèles,  les classic et les extreme, elles tiennent dans le temps, l'équipe anglaise est au top si on a besoin d'aide ou de pièces. Je les recommande chaudement  aux personnes ayant des soucis lombaires / vertébraux. Love these wheels they are great for my back, I possess the classical and the extreme ones, the team is very helpful when it comes to issues and spare parts. The support and generosity of conversation and information is truly brilliant from this company, and the opportunity to trial the loopwheels before hand is a god send. The loopwheels are amazing, and the really helped me figure out which option was best for me. Katie and Gemma spoke with me at length several times over email and by phone, walking me through the technical features of the different loopwheels, taking into account my particular wheelchair setup, how I go about, and what kinds of problems with vibration I was trying to overcome. Katie recommended the LT (she was right!) carefully explaining that it was respond best to my slow speeds using an electric hand bike, explaining that being on the edge of the recommended weight for the soft spring, it would still be the soft spring the would offer the best for my needs. Though the soft spring is just as Katie said, the best for me, she amazingly allowed me to also take the extremes on a trial at the same time too, which was just a bit extra for postage. During the trial I called through wanting to understand an technical issue I was having (it was a small issue with my own chair!), and I spoke with Gemma (one of the co-founders) who was really generous talking me through the technicalities of what was going on, how the wheels respond, answered my questions, and helped me to further understand that the soft springs were the ones I needed. I have now purchased my own loopwheels, and the level of support they offered really helped me feel confident about this investment in my chair, comfort, and (much needed) reduction in pain. Katie has even arranged for the new wheels to be delivered and the trial wheels to picked up on the same day, so I don’t have to be loopwheel-less even for a day…and I hope never again. Loopwheels are world changing, and the loopwheel company are incredibly responsive, caring and full of personalised information and recommendations. ⭐️💖👨🏼‍🦽‍➡️⭐️

Katie was delightful to deal with and the fact they offer a two week trial is invaluable. I was able to go to the first with my family and dogs for the first time in years and I had the most amazing experience. The loop wheels ensured I was comfortable throughout and they coped with difficult terrain with ease. Not only will they transform my life but also the life of my family as so many opportunities are now available to us that previously were not achievable. Being able to trial them first gave me the peace of mind that I was making the right decision and that the “investment” was undoubtedly worth every penny. I can not recommend them highly enough!!
