Loopwheels have integral suspension, designed to help you push over uneven streets, rough tracks, grass and gravel paths, with less effort. This trial gives you the chance to try Loopwheels to experience the benefits for yourself, in your own local surroundings, in your daily routine, doing what you do.
The springs give you extra power to get up or down kerbs/curbs. They’re wonderfully comfortable over cobblestones. Potholes needn’t be a problem any more. Loopwheels are more comfortable than standard wheelchair wheels. They absorb tiring vibration, bumps and shocks.
Loopwheels fit almost all manual wheelchairs using standard quick release axles. Choose between 24″ and 25″ diameter wheels, with Schwalbe Marathon Plus pneumatic tyres. These wheels have a standard axle bearing diameter of ½” (12.7mm). If you need a 12mm axle bearing instead of ½” then please contact us.
Push rims
Loopwheels trial wheels come ready fitted with black aluminium push rims. If you require a grip push rim, contact us for options.
Add-on Accessories and Optional Extras
Tyres are ready fitted on trial/loan wheels.
We generally dispatch trial Loopwheels within 1 week.
