We deliver by a secure courier service such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. For smaller items we also use Royal Mail or Evri.
Our delivery charges vary according to item and destination.
For purchases from our online shop, our most common charges for packaging and delivery are:
- Delivery in the UK: £2.99 – £10 (free for purchases with a value over £300)
- Delivery to Europe: £30-£40
- Delivery to other countries worldwide: from £120
However charges vary according to the item and city. If a shipping cost doesn’t come up when you order online or your country is not listed as an option, contact us for a quote.
Outside the UK, purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. These will be levied by the courier on behalf of the tax authority. We send DAP as per Incoterms 2020. We provide a commercial invoice to the full sales value with all goods exported to comply with customs requirements. We are osrry we can’t advise on duties or tax in your country.
We don’t sell online from our website to all countries. In some countries we have exclusive arrangements with a distributor, which means all orders for that country must be processed through them. Our online shop will not accept orders from countries which have an exclusive Loopwheels distributor.
Contact us for distributor information for Canada, France, Germany, Norway, The Netherlands, and the USA, among others, and they will help you purchase Loopwheels in that country.
