Our Warranty to our Customers

We want you to be very happy with your Loopwheels and enjoy them for a long time. If something goes wrong, please contact the dealer you bought your Loopwheels from, or contact us if you bought the Loopwheels from us directly. Rest assured, so far as is reasonably possible, we will try to help you.

Information on our warranty is included with each order along with important instructions on how to fit your Loopwheel. Systems, Options, Components NOT manufactured by us, such as push rims, are covered by the warranty of that manufacturer rather than by us.

Loopwheels Customer Warranty

Nothing in this warranty shall affect your consumer rights or statutory rights

In this warranty:

us’ and ‘we’ shall mean Jelly Products Limited (trading as Loopwheels), and ‘our’ shall be interpreted accordingly.

you’ shall mean the original purchaser of the Loopwheel and ‘your’ shall be interpreted accordingly.

We warrant to you that this Loopwheel shall be free of defective materials and/or defective workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of your original purchase (proof of purchase required) excluding fair wear and tear and provided that the wheel is operated under normal conditions and use and has been fitted correctly.

During this warranty period, we shall repair or replace, as the sole option, all parts that are found by us to be defective and covered by this warranty subject to the following condition: for any wheels that are no longer in production or which are obsolete but otherwise still covered by the warranty, we will offer replacement parts or NFR (no-fault replacement) pricing instead of repairing or replacing the wheel. Further details of our no-fault replacement price arrangements can be found below.

You shall be liable to pay all shipping charges connected with the repair or replacement of the wheel covered by this warranty.

This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser of a new Loopwheel, and it shall remain in force only as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the Loopwheel.

This warranty is not transferable.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear (including to bearings; tyres; paint, varnish or other finish).

This warranty does not apply to defects, malfunctions or failures that result from or are caused by abuse, neglect, shocks or crashes, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse (including without limitation, use with loads heavier than recommended limits or speeds greater than recommended limits, jumping, stunt use, wheelies, competition, bicycle motocross or similar activities).

This warranty also does not cover damage occurring during shipment, improper assembly or assembly with non-compatible products.

This warranty does not cover Loopwheels used for commercial activities, hire, reward or rental.

In all cases we reserves the right not to warranty Loopwheels which in our reasonable opinion have been used for conditions outside normal ride limits or intended use, or have not been fitted according to our guidance.

This warranty does not cover products whose serial number or identification has been erased, damaged or modified.

This warranty is the only express warranty applicable to the Loopwheels products. Any implied warranties are excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We shall only be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of this warranty or our negligence. We shall not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us.

We shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

In no circumstances do we exclude or limit in any way our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; or
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or limit our liability.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state/country to country. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the limitations or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the limitations and exclusions set contained in this warranty may not apply to you.

This warranty set out in this document may not be extended, enlarged or otherwise modified by any Loopwheels dealer or any of our distributors, agents or employees.

If you wish to make a claim

Claims under this warranty are to be made to Jelly Products Ltd at the following address:

Unit 202 Boughton Industrial Estate North, Boughton, Newark NG22 9LD

The complete wheel must be returned, via the authorised dealer if purchased via a dealer, or direct to Jelly Products Ltd if purchased directly from us, to allow inspection of the product and components. Proof of purchase is required before warranty claims can be processed.

This warranty does not take the place of any legal and contractual rights between the supplying dealer and the owner. In the event of a problem the owner should contact the supplying dealer in the first instance.

“No Fault Replacement” Pricing

Jelly Products Ltd may at our discretion replace any Loopwheel which is not covered by the warranty above (for example Loopwheels which have been involved in a crash or which are over 12 months old) for a discounted “No-Fault Replacement Price” when the old wheel is returned, with purchase receipt. Contact Loopwheels or your Loopwheel dealer/distributor for details. Our standard policy for a no fault replacement price varies between 20% discount and 5% discount, depending on the length of time beyond warranty.

We don’t generally offer a no fault replacement price for wheels that are more than five years old. We do sometimes offer customer loyalty offers however, and there is no harm in asking us about this, even if an offer hasn’t been advertised!
